Alexandra is an Associate based in the New York office and joined the Heyman team in 2025. After starting her career at Weber Shandwick, a leading global public relations firm, she was introduced to the exciting world of communications and discovered her passion for recruitment. She has partnered with hiring managers and senior executives to source and place talent across the U.S., with expertise spanning media relations, public relations, corporate affairs, crisis communications, investor relations, and marketing. Alexandra’s early agency experience has helped shape her approach to executive search, emphasizing intentionality and building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Her approach is grounded in working as a strategic partner and her passion for connecting exceptional talent with great opportunities.

A Connecticut native, Alexandra holds a B.A. in Psychology and Art from Connecticut College. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new restaurants around the city, reading, exploring her passion for art and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
