Lonely at the Top: Survey Reveals Wide Gaps Between PR Leaders and Their Employees July 20, 2015

The Plank Center Leadership Report Card for 2015, co-sponsored by Heyman Associates, surveyed over 800 senior, U.S.-based public relations professionals. In his article, Dr. Berger writes that the study “reveals a Grand Canyon-size gap between leaders’ evaluations of their own performance and how their employees rate them, as well as sharply differing perceptions regarding work engagement, job satisfaction, organizational trust and culture.”
